I’m Nikki Cutler—an entrepreneur and community-builder passionate about growing businesses that strengthen small communities. Alongside my husband, Carl, I founded Cutler & Co to pursue our shared dream of building purpose-driven, locally rooted ventures grounded in faith.

Our first endeavor, Crown & Sparrow, was created to bring affordable, thoughtfully curated fashion to women while fostering confidence, connection, and community. The name reflects our heart: the Crown represents God’s greater purpose, while the Sparrow reminds us that even the smallest things—and people—are deeply valued.

At the core of everything I do is faith, family, and a belief that business can be used to serve others well.
